As an employment litigation lawyer, Kenny has frequently assisted clients by bringing disputing parties to the negotiation table and securing out-of-court settlements, allowing clients to effectively manage their legal costs. Kenny has also spoken at various conferences on employment disputes.
Before practicing at MHM, Kenny was an Associate Partner at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, where he spearheaded the criminal, employment litigation, and compliance practice. Prior to this, he practiced with Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto (AKHH) Lawyers, a widely respected law firm in Jakarta. Kenny graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 2001. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
As a dispute lawyer, Turangga has assisted and represented clients in arbitration proceedings before domestic and international arbitration institutions, including the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He has also represented foreign clients in setting aside proceedings of foreign arbitral awards before the Central Jakarta District Court. His articles on arbitration have appeared in publications including the YSIAC Newsletter, Kluwer Arbitration Blog, as well as IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association) Journal.
As a transactional lawyer, Andika has assisted and represented both domestic and international clients with various transactions, including a broad range of international and cross border transactions.
