Dion Reinaldo

Dion joined the firm in mid-2017. He has been deeply involved in various commercial disputes, including distributorship, construction, property, and shareholder disputes. Dion’s experience includes representing clients in state administrative and arbitration proceedings. He has also assisted clients in criminal investigations into a variety of crimes, such as forgery, fraud, and embezzlement.

Dion graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University. Before joining MHM, Dion was an Associate at Rosetini & Partners, where he was involved in several corporate and commercial transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Prior to this, he was an Intern at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners.

Dion is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Maria Kadi Justine Nitisara

Maria joined the firm in late 2021, after having previously interned at a boutique law firm in Jakarta. Maria focuses primarily on general corporate and commercial law matters. Since joining MHM, Maria has been involved in a variety of projects and advised clients from various industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, and financial technology.

Maria graduated from Padjadjaran University, majoring in business law in 2020. Maria was awarded a scholarship by Bank Indonesia in pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She was also active in a number of student organizations.

Maria has passed the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) exam.

Michelle Yosefanny

Michelle joined the firm in early 2020. She has been deeply involved in a wide array of commercial disputes, including insurance, oil and gas, and shareholder disputes. Michelle’s experience includes representing clients in industrial relations disputes. She has also assisted clients in police investigations and an investigation by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).

Michelle graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University. Prior to joining MHM, Michelle practiced with Budidjaja International Lawyers where she was involved in both litigation and general corporate matters.

Michelle is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Nisya Ullyza R. Siregar

Nisya joined the firm in late 2021 and focuses her practices on general corporate matters and transactions. She has been involved in some due diligence matters and initial public offering project. Nisya has also assisted clients in setting up their business in Indonesia, including assisting clients in obtaining their general and supporting licenses.

Nisya graduated from Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Before joining MHM, Nisya worked as in-house legal officer in a public company who runs in property and retail industry based in Jakarta, where she was involved in drafting and reviewing contracts around the area of lease agreement and operational agreement in accordance with retail management. Nisya has passed the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) exam.

Novia Asri Widyasari

Novia joined the firm in early 2019. Since then, she has been intensely involved in a number of commercial disputes, including contractual, distributorship, and shareholder disputes. Novia has also assisted clients in state administrative disputes and criminal investigations into various crimes such as forgery, fraud, and embezzlement.

Novia graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University. Prior to joining MHM, Novia worked as in-house legal counsel in a financial services holding company based in Jakarta. Novia has passed the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) exam.

Shanti Prameshwara Sotyaningtyas

Shanti joined the firm shortly after her graduation and focuses her practices on general corporate matters and transactions related to foreign investment, acquisitions, mining, and power projects. She has been involved in some due diligence projects, debt restructuring transactions, and acquisitions.

Shanti has also assisted clients in setting up their business in Indonesia, including assisting clients in obtaining their general and supporting licenses.Shanti graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, and has passed the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) exam.
