Kenny Macallo is a highly experienced trial lawyer and negotiator who has been practicing since 2002. Turangga has extensive experience in commercial disputes. He has advised clients on a variety of disputes, encompassing distributorship, shareholder, joint venture, banking and finance, and construction disputes. Turangga has represented clients in cross-border disputes involving a number of jurisdictions, as well as complex civil cases, such as multi-party litigation and citizen lawsuit cases. He is also well experienced in corporate crimes and various state administrative disputes, including those concerning revocation of mining and distribution licenses.
As a dispute lawyer, Turangga has assisted and represented clients in arbitration proceedings before domestic and international arbitration institutions.
